The Industrial Piping Department of Newcomb and Company is versatile and can serve large facilities,
such as hospitals and universities, or smaller projects, such as office buildings and labs. We
specialize in chilled water piping, steam and condensate piping, hot water systems, gas piping
(up to 10lbs pressure), and medical gas piping. Our piping specialists have experience working
with underground steam tunnels for steam and chilled water systems. All piping welders are
certified in X-Ray testing for stick and MIG welding, and all piping meets ANSI and ASME standards.
Our Piping Department is also qualified to install hot water boilers (up to 500 HP), air and water cooled chillers, cooling towers (up to 500 tons), steam boilers, multi-stage hot gas circuits, and lab control work. We are also skilled in high purification refrigerant systems which is a specialized service offered by few in the industry.
