We at Newcomb and Company are committed to serving our customers, and it
is important to us that we solve their problems. We understand that those
problems could be as simple as balancing the air flow in a home or as complex
as determining the system requirements to properly condition and exhaust air in
a clean room laboratory. Fortunately we have the resources to address these
problems and everything in between, due in large part to the caliber of employees
we have on our team.
Our success has been a function of great leadership from our founder and my father, Bo Newcomb, and from the abilities of our employees. Our construction trade professionals are among the most talented in the state in installing commercial HVAC systems and industrial piping projects. The commercial and residential service technicians employed by the Company are well-trained, many of which are NATE certified and have been with us for over 10 years. Residential mechanics who install home comfort systems are knowledgeable, hard working members of our team who take great pride in their work and are respectful of our customers' homes and families.
From a commercial design and engineering perspective, we have two Professional Engineers, as well as 5 other engineers on staff. This allows us to design and stamp a set of drawings for use in design-build construction projects. It also allows the clients to receive a custom system which has the added benefit of being designed by those who will install it and have had real life experience in knowing what will or will not work with system designs. Our residential sales engineers also have significant experience and have the customer's comfort in mind when they design and replace residential systems.
