Since our inception in 1954, Newcomb and Company has been providing quality service to the
homeowners of central North Carolina. As other local companies have been sold to large national
organizations, we continue to be family owned and operated. Our management team members live in
the communities we serve and interact with our customers daily. At Newcomb and Company, our
customers are not a number in a call center, but families and individuals that we know. For
example there are many homeowners who personally know their service technician since he has been
servicing their home for a number of years. We also believe in respecting our customers' time and
try our best to be on time for scheduled appointments.
Technology has vastly changed the nature of our homes over the past decade, and this is also true
in the home heating and cooling systems. The equipment is more advanced than ever and this presents
challenges for Companies in training their technicians. At Newcomb and Company we have invested in a
training center where our technicians can get hands on experience with the new technologies and keep
their diagnostic skills honed. Our customers benefit by having technicians spend less time resolving
their problems and by having it done correctly the first time.
Our customers also have the advantage of Newcomb's up front pricing. All service calls will have a
diagnostic charge and before any repairs are made, the customer is given a firm price of the repair.
Once the repair is authorized, the risk of a cost overrun is borne by Newcomb and Company. Since Newcomb
is also a Carrier Factory Authorized dealer, our customers get the advantage of a 90 day parts and labor
warranty on any repair. When you deal with Newcomb, you will get on time scheduling, firm pricing on
repairs, well-trained and courteous technicians who do it right the first time and an industry leading
warranty on the repair.
