Our management team members live in the communities we serve and interact with our customers daily. For example there are many homeowners who personally know their service technician since he has been servicing their home for a number of years. All service calls will have a diagnostic charge and before any repairs are made, the customer is given a firm price to accomplish the repair. Once the repair is authorized, the risk of any cost overrun is borne by Newcomb and Company. Since Newcomb is also a Carrier Factory Authorized dealer, our customers get the advantage of a 90 day parts and labor warranty on any repair.
